Space for connection.

Space for understanding.

Space for growth.

Uncertainty, grief, anxiety, loneliness. We know they're part of life. But if they're part of your life right now, the experience might feel overwhelming. Perhaps you've tried to lock these emotions away, stuff them down—especially if they are connected to events or circumstances that you feel powerless against.

I'm Cara Harmon, LCSW, founding psychotherapist at Self Space Therapy. My collaborative approach starts with fostering a safe, compassionate therapeutic relationship, while making room to explore the roots of discomfort or emotional pain.

As we bring new understanding to areas of struggle or "stuck spots," your path to growth, as well as your inborn strengths, will become clearer, too. Whether this means healing from past trauma, finding hope after a difficult loss, or changing behavior patterns that aren't serving you well, I invite you to take the first step and get in touch.

Self Space is Self Care.
